Founders, Larry and Emma Schwalk
Cross Cut Mow and Trim was founded in 2012 by Larry and Emma Schwalk. Born and raised on a Texas farm, Larry knew the value of hard work, honesty and meeting expectations. Larry and his wife, Emma, were married for 50 years prior to his passing in January 2021.
Owners and Operators, Tom and Daphne Troxell
Cross Cut Mow and Trim was bought by Tom Troxell on January 1, 2022. Tom and his wife, Daphne, have been married since 2000 and are kept busy by their three children. Tom had been landscaping with Larry since May 2021. Tom and his family attend Crestmont Baptist Church where he also worked alongside Larry both in serving the church body and leading the Pinewood Derby Ministry that Larry started 38 years ago.
